My first run back was this afternoon! Though it seemed like nature was against me running. It was cold, windy, and rainy at some points. I even got dirt in my eye, because of the wind. Didn’t stop me though! I was just happy to be running, no matter how little, again!
HOW TO MAKE A PATELLA STRAP OUT OF PREWRAP!
These things definitely helped me today on my first run back (2.5 miles!). While the run wasn’t very long (I am not supposed to push it for these runs), I could tell a difference on how my knees felt with these straps on.
It is important to note that these straps will NOT cure whatever is causing your knee pain; it will only take care of the symptom during your run.
