Second Run Back!
Used my new Garmin Forerunner 305 (review is coming soon, I promise!) to take a run after dinner. I was somewhat if-y about whether I was going to run at all, because I got totally beat up in my sports rehab today! However, they want me to keep running, so I figured I’d be OK as long as any pain I had did not get worse.
Final statistics:
- Distance: 4.05 miles
- Duration: 00:41:50
- Avg. pace: 10:17
- Mile 1: 10:36
- Mile 2: 9:55
- Mile 3: 10:16
- Mile 4: 10:24
I was fast today (at least for me)!! I was really surprised by this, but I suppose it makes sense with all the rest my legs have been getting.
Time to do some stretching :)
